- Roo is reading a stack of books for school at A & M - Research for Industrial Technology and Safety Management.
- GW - anything he can get his hands on with animals in it ... such as "A Dog Named Christmas" by Greg Kinkaid and "Watchdog and the Coyotes" by Bill Wallace.
- Sarah - Warrior's (she be lovin' some kitty cats!), the Elsie Densmore series (and the other girls too in chronological order ((BER)))
- Jon & Savannah - My Babies are reading BOB BOOKS ON THEIR OWN!!! Savannah is reading the Dora Phonics Series and Jon is reading the Diego Phonics Series.
- Nathaniel - The Rangers' Apprentice and anything that has Mystery in the title, The Kingdom's Hope series, Percy Jackson series, Dragons Spell series, etc. etc. etc ...
- Me - books for TAMU - management, marketing, industrial communication, and much much more ...
